1. Who is responsible

2. What this website does NOT do

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, embeds no third-party trackers and loads no external fonts or resources. Fonts are self-hosted. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

3. What data is processed

Server logs

The hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany) processes technical access data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identification) in server logs for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email and contact requests

If you contact me by email or through the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address, message, files) to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Project files are handled confidentially and are never entered into consumer AI tools.

4. Recipients

Email and hosting infrastructure is provided by ALL-INKL.COM (Germany) under a data-processing agreement. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

5. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained as long as needed for the business relationship and statutory retention duties (commercial and tax law), then deleted. You may request earlier deletion where no retention duty applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Spain: AEPD, www.aepd.es). For any request, email jonas@sappelt-languages.com.
